The weekend will include multiple workshops, fitness, nutrition, sisterhood and so much more!! We will conclude with an AMAZING banquet and FASHION SHOW! This year's theme was God breathed and is entitled: "The Changing Room: come in one way but leave CHANGED". This retreat is designed to invite women into a safe-judgement free zone, lay all their past issues on the floor and CRUSH THEM! At the end of the weekend, YOU WILL leave CHANGED!!!

What can you expect out of this weekend/experience? 

EVERYTHING! Come ready for your life to change: your mind, your eating habits, your workout rotations, your spirits strength, your worship capacity, and your overall life’s purpose! I and some truly amazing friends from all over the country are ready to help you manifest your individual FREEDOM!

This option may be virtual but you wont be left out!! From Prayer to Dinner You will be apart! In our extremly priviate Facebook group for The Changing Room only participates and instrutors, you will experience the FULL WEEKEND!! From the live experience to Question & Answer you can do it all!!! This is the next best thing and is worth every dime!!

Friday (day 1)

• 6:30am Morning prayer
• 7-8:30 Breakfast
• 9-11am morning workshops (2)
• Noon lunch
• 2-4 afternoon workshops (2)
• 4:30-5:30: shopping 
• 4-7 leisure time
• 7pm Dinner
• 7:30-8:30pm Evening Workshop: (1)

Saturday: (day 2)

• 4:30-5:30: Panel Discussion
• 4-7 leisure time
• 7-10pm: Banquet/Fashion Show
