The weekend will include multiple workshops, fitness, nutrition, sisterhood and so much more!! We will conclude with an AMAZING banquet and LIVE CONCERT! This year's theme was God breathed and is entitled: "FOREVER CHANGED". This retreat is designed to invite women into a safe-judgement free zone, lay all their past issues on the floor and CRUSH THEM! At the end of the weekend, YOU WILL leave FOREVER CHANGED!!!

In our extremly priviate Facebook group for The Changing Room only participates and instrutors, you will experience the FULL WEEKEND!! From the live experience via Facebook Live to Question & Answer you can do it all!!! You will even recieve all the handouts and recepies to download! This is the next best thing and is worth every dime!!

Friday (day 1)

• 6:30am Morning prayer
• 7-8:30 Breakfast
• 9-11am morning workshops (2)
• Noon lunch
• 2-4 afternoon workshops (2)
• 4:30-5:30: shopping 
• 4-7 leisure time
• 7pm Dinner
• 7:30-8:30pm Evening Workshop: (1)

Saturday: (day 2)

• 4:30-5:30: Panel Discussion
• 4-7 leisure time
